Basic cleaning consists of removal of carbon buildup within and around the exterior of the firearm, basic cleaning of main components (bolt, barrel and trigger assemblies) along with an application of CLP (Ballistol).

Extensive cleaning consists of a complete tear down (of main components - no removing of the barrel) of the firearm and a solvent treatment to remove all foreign debris (using Hoppes #9 solvent) and carbon deposits. Extensive deep cleaning also includes lubricating the main contacting parts of the trigger assembly and bolt carrier group. includes a basic function test.

IMPORTANT: Effective January 1, 2025 all FFL transfers will be 40/ea serial number. Policy update: FFL transfers must be done in person and between participating parties. FFL transfers can only happen either at State Sanctioned Gun Shows or on Providence Firearms LLC premises. 

Once you print your NFA Trust, we offer our Notary Services for your convenience. MUST be accompanied by a witness. Second witness can be provided if required.

Using SilencerShop process, this service is provided for the customer to achieve their NFA Item Tax Stamp.

This service is provided with the NFA Item Form 4 while the customer is processing their form 4 application. The Customer WILL pay this prior to picking up the NFA item (after form 4 approval by ATF).

This is a service where SilencerShop call center provides advice and counsel on different approaches to the customer's Form 4 application. This is included in all NFA Services to ensure 99% accuracy in form submissions.
